Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Shipping:

We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Border Express on your behalf. We ship within 0- 2 working days of your order being received (most within 1 working day). You can also arrange your own courier, contact us for further information on this process. In the extremely unusual event that a parcel is not received, you must contact us within 25 days of the shipment date so we can investigate as couriers hold tracking information for certain amounts of time to investigate. After 4 weeks the insurance with our freight companies is void so claims cannot be made after 4 weeks from the order date.

Pickup:

Pick-ups are from 17 St Lucia Close, Safety Bay 6169 WA. Pick ups are available next working day by 11 am (actually if you order by 6 am, it will be ready by 11 am that same day). Pick-up times are 8 am – 3 pm Monday to Friday. You must have an order placed and paid for before pickup. If paying by EFT you should contact us before pickup to confirm payment has been received as orders cannot be released until payment has been received. No drop-ins and cash payments, sorry. Please come to the warehouse fly screen. If you need to pick up earlier, please order and email us your order ID and when you would like it and we will reply to confirm if this is possible and will bring it up the packing queue.

Signature on Delivery:

By default, your order will need to be signed for on delivery. You can give authority to leave details in the checkout which we will write on your parcel. Please note by waiving the signature on delivery option, you then take full responsibility of the order. The item is deemed delivered when the courier marks the item as delivered – effectively signing on your behalf and our responsibility ends at this point. You should be confident that it is safe to leave when choosing this option. Please note, if you choose Border Express it is an automatic authority to leave since there is a $25 re-delivery fee on every attempt.

Returns Policy

At Prestige AquaWorld, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one - which is why we've made our returns policy as simple as possible. And if for some reason things don't go quite to plan, please contact us to make everything right again!

Please note: We cannot issue credits or refunds unless you have first spoken to us, as we need to issue you with a return number and address before you send us back any items. Without these, we will be unable to process your return and refund the cost of your item(s).

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases, you can return your order for exchange or store credit.

  • You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you.

  • A Prestige AquaWorld customer service representative must be contacted before returning goods. We can only offer refunds when we have arranged pickup and return through our courier service.
